Thanks to amazing advancements in dental technology we can give you a beautiful set of dentures custom made for you; dentures that look like real teeth and are comfortable to wear. All of our restorations are designed and engineered by one of the most renowned dental labs in Houston.
Here are the different denture options,
While most dentures are custom made, these dentures are placed immediately after teeth have been extracted so you never have to go without teeth. While this type of dentures is not meant to be permanent they can make it much easier to chew and speak during those weeks when the gums are healing and your permanent dentures are being made.
Conventional dentures are the standard long-term type of dentures that are custom-made to fit your mouth. When we think of conventional or traditional dentures we often think of a full set of teeth that our Spring, TX, dentist will use to replace your upper or lower teeth. This type of dentures will sit on top of the gums and are designed to replace all of your missing teeth.
If you are only missing some teeth but still have healthy teeth remaining then partial dentures may be the best option for you. The clasps or attachments on removable partial dentures connect to neighboring natural teeth to hold the false teeth in place. This type of dentures can be removed whenever you like and can fill the gaps in your smile to prevent teeth from shifting around. Partial dentures can also be fixed in place by placing dental crowns over natural teeth to support the false teeth.
If you have a strong healthy jawbone than you may be a great candidate for dental implants, which can also support your dentures. Implants take the place of tooth roots and fuse together with the jawbone to provide a permanent foundation from which to hold one or more false teeth. In this case, four or more implants are placed along the jawbone where dentures are then attached to the top. The implants ensure that your dentures never move or shift around in your mouth, especially when chewing and eating.
