Meet the team

Cheryl Susan Thomas

Clinical Operations and Business Development Manager

Cheryl is our Office Manager and Patient Coordinator (RDA).
She has been with the team since 2011. She is also a graduated dentist from her birth country, India. She graduated from Vinayaka Missions University as a Dentist in 2008.

She came to our practice in 2011, started as Dr. Idriss’ restorative and surgical assistant and then in 2017 promoted to the position of Office Manager and Patient Coordinator.

Barbara Cox

Dental Hygenist

Barbara is our Hygienist (RDH) and has been with Dr. Idriss for over 20 years. She is a licensed hygienist in the state of Texas, graduated from Midwestern State University in 1987.

She has been in practice for 35 years. Our patients love Barbara as she has been with the practice for a very long time. She is extremely patient, kind and attentive to their needs.

Jennifer Lopez

Patient Care Coordinator

Jennifer is our own famous celebrity in the office due to her famous name. She is our Insurance and Patient Coordinator.

She is the newest member to our family and an excellent addition to our stellar team. You will always have a friendly voice assisting you when you reach Jennifer who is also bi-lingual. She is a native Houstonian.

Juana

RDA

Juana is our Surgical Dental assistant( RDA). Juana has been with our practice since 2017. She is also a graduated dentist from Mexico ( Class of 1992).

With Juana, our patients always feel like they are in excellent hands. She is extremely thorough with any procedure while assisting Dr.Idriss during all surgical procedures and at the same time compassionate and extremely gentle.

She worked in Mexico for over 3 years after graduation and then moved to Houston where she currently resides with her Husband of over 20 years.

Sandra Rios

RDA

Sandra is our Restorative Dental assistant (RDA). Sandra has been with our team since 2013. She is also a graduated dentist from her birth country, Nicaragua. She graduated from UNAN LEON University as a dentist in 1996.

She served her community as a practicing dentist in Nicaragua for 2 years before moving to Houston alongside her husband of over 23 years in 2006. She is always ready to help our patients feel comfortable and relaxed in our office. She is the right hand of Dr. Idriss during all restorative procedures.

She is also Bi-lingual and loves to talk and entertain.
