We wanted to inform you that we are open and excited to see you starting Monday May 4th, 2020.
Now that we are back to scheduling routine visits, you may be wondering what precautions we are taking to ensure your safety.While our friendly team members and the appointment process may look a little different once you are back in the office, don't worry! We have always been on the front line of preventing the spread of diseases. Precautions have always included the use of masks, glasses, gloves, sterile instruments and devices. We will now include the use of N95 masks for all procedures involving the use of hand piece, face shields, disposable full gowns,head covers and shoe covers for Dr and all clinical assistants.You will now see additional precautions specific to the onset of COVID-19. From treatment and waiting room disinfection , to the use of personal protective equipment( PPE), the safety of patients and team members continues to be of utmost importance.
While your check-in may involve a few extra steps, this will help ensure the safety of you and our team. Upon arrival we ask that you stay in your car and text us.We will then text you back and let you know when to come in for your appointment.We ask only the patient enter the office( if it is absolutely necessary that a family member enter the office, they must wear a face mask). Only scheduled patients will be allowed back in our treatment area.
If you or any others accompanying you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath, we ask you please let us know. We may have to re-schedule your appointment. We will be taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer as you enter the office, have you use hand sanitizer and rinse with mouthwash before we see you. We ask that you brush your teeth before coming to your appointment. Brushing in the office will not be available for now.
Don't worry, as always, we are here to answer any of your questions and to update you on your treatment. We are kindly asking our patients and families to assist us in reducing risk of exposure, so we may have the most effective sanitation procedures for the benefit of our patients, community and team.. Rest assured , we will continue to follow any recommended precautions from OSHA, ADA, TDA, CDC to treat all our patients safely.
